On A Personal Note

I have been practicing meditation and mindfulness for more than ten years. Traveling and being with nature have always been essential pieces of my life. I enjoy meeting and interacting with different cultures, practices, and spiritual systems. Though I am not a musician, I am passionate about playing Shakuhachi and Native American style flutes. I love to drum, dance, move, and hike in nature. And I live with a cat who teaches me so much about being present and compassionate.
